During Black History Month, this exhibit serves as a tribute to the remarkable lives of James and Ursula Williams, lifelong residents of Vallejo and dedicated community activists. Their core values were dedication to Family, Education, & Community.

Both James and Ursula understood the crucial role that education plays in shaping the future. The James & Ursula Williams Family Fund, was established in their honor to financially support teachers & students (TK – 12th) in the Vallejo City Unified School District.
